Returns Policy
Shipping Policy
The customer may return any product ordered from us within 14 days from the date of purchase for the following reasons only:
- Manufacturing defects in the product
- Not working or dead on arrival
For the returned goods to be accepted, it should be returned in full quantity, original packaging, never opened by the customer.
Our customer support team will inspect the returned products. Once the returns request is approved, a refund will be issued to the customer in the same purchase payment method. Shipping fees are not refunded as these fees go directly to our courier not us.
Items sent after 14 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please e-mail us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you believe you received an item in error or a defective item, please e-mail us within 48 hours so that we can assist you.
Your contract and sales invoice serve as proof of ownership. Please do not lose these documents.

- Advanced technical support at the customer's premises for a fee of 100 l.e. per each technical visit
We provide different payment solutions for our customers.
- Cash Payment:
50% of the total amount upon contract, and 50% upon delivery and/or installation
- Credit Payment:
We accept credit and debit cards payments issued through major banks
We provide monthly installments arrangements through our bank for eligible customers
We provide different shipping and delivery options to our customers.
- In store customer pick up (free of charge)
- Regular shipping through our courier (customer to be charged for shipping fees)
